Fiesta Americana Cozumel All Inclusive

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this resort. It was a small resort, so we didn't have to fight for towels or pool chairs everyday. Also, you didn't have to pay for the cabanas by the pool and on the beach. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. It is family friendly and accommodating for strollers and wheelchairs. There was also a laundry room where you could wash/dry your clothes on your own, which was cool. You buy detergent at the front desk. The entertainment was not as elaborate or involved as at a larger resort, but that made it more relaxing in my opinion. The spa was a great experience. My massage was heavenly. Overall, I really enjoyed this vacation and would recommend this hotel brand and resort to anyone who needs a relaxing vacation.

It was great! Night shows are awesome and food is very good. We went to the Mexican restaurant every night because the food was great. Edgar was our mesero and he did a great job! Isabel at the breakfast restaurant was lovely and shower great service. One thing I did not like is the “non piramidal-piramidal” deal they want to sell you. One guy was understanding (we had to be quite assertive) but another one was a bit too much, too aggressive seller for a holiday destination. The entertainment was great during the day too and the two young ladies running the event are very good!

I enjoyed my stay at Fiesta Americana, the all-inclusive food was very nice and made fresh to order, especially the fish restaurant was excellent. Good choice of alcoholic drinks made with branded and even premium spirits which was a nice surprise. The rooms were alright except for poor air-conditioning and very humid air.

The absolute best experience during our 5 night stay. Meals at EVERY restaurant were delicious! Shows each night were a highlight, needed to plan our dinner reservations to not miss even one show. Shout out to Jasmine at the shows for her high energy! Breakfast buffet was always spot on… kudos to Alejandra the hostess for remembering our names and to Gabriel who always had our coffee and jugo verde ready! Also special shout out to quesadilla lady, so sweet. Shoutout to Antonio at Penisula for the extra satay with dinner, Nicholas at Rosato for outstanding service and Alejandro at MTS tour desk for directing us to awesome dive company and jeep excursion! The pools are beautiful and the reef in front of the hotel is not too miss! The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating… it’s really what made our trip so special. I want to start off by saying though this resort is showing signs of age, The service and food was fantastic with no complaints. Though we didn’t spend much time on the resort due to renting a car and scoping out the entire island we have to say we had quite the experience, checking out Cozumel! Everybody we met along our excursions were very pleasant and appreciative! If you’re here for a period of time, you must rent a car and tour the island! We never ever felt unsafe! The time we did spend at the resort, we had an amazing time and like I said the staff and the food were fantastic Including the evening shows, which were every night at 7 PM! We want to thank each and everyone of you for treating us like family! Though we didn’t get everybody’s name, we did catch a few Alejandra (host) at breakfast buffet! I messed with her all week and she gave it right back to me with a smile! Thank you for making us laugh and feeling so loved. To German, Isabel, Perla, Yazmin, Masuses and ALL the Staff in the Evening Dinners, thank you! I apologize for not getting everybody’s name, but you all made us feel very special and part of your family so we thank you for that! To the entire staff of fiesta Americana, thank you for having us in treating us like family as well! You all should be very proud of the way you treat us visitors 365 days a year! We highly recommend Fiesta Americana. We've been to 6 resorts now and each one has exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful rooms to the wonderful cuisine and drinks...the stay was wonderful for us and our adult children. There is quality entertainment, great food with much variety, but the staff makes this hotel with their friendliness, helpfulness and poise.

We stayed here for a week with our two kids and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and always smiling, which really made us feel welcome. There was fun entertainments by the pool every day, and very cute shows every evening. The shows started at 7 p.m., which was perfect for families with young children—our kids absolutely loved them. The snorkeling right in front of the hotel was very good. The water was so clear that we could see fish directly from our beach beds, which was amazing. The food was good and offered enough variety for the whole family. The hotel does have a small kids club, but it’s more of a playroom where staff supervise rather than a structured program with activities. We didn’t end up using it much because most of the kids played together in the pool. We booked the master suite, which was essentially two rooms with separate bathrooms—perfect for a family. We were on a high floor and had a great ocean view. Overall, this is a great hotel for families looking for a relaxing stay with friendly staff, good entertainment, and beautiful snorkeling right at the beach.

Really enjoyed a recent 5 night family trip at this resort! I have been to many all-inclusive resorts but this was my first time in Cozumel and at a Fiesta Americana property. The service is OUTSTANDING, every single employee at this resort works extremely hard and is so friendly. Francisco and Henry at the pool bar made our drinks every day and by the end of our stay they remembered our drink orders without even having to ask. One thing that also really stands out at this resort is the food, every meal that we had on the resort was delicious. We ate at the Ceviche restaurant every day for lunch and i'm still dreaming about the fish tacos (the view is pretty awesome too!). The breakfast buffet is great, you cant miss the fresh tacos at breakfast too, Kalissa made me fresh tortillas every morning and she was so friendly and even helped me with learning some spanish while I waited for my tacos. Jhonny at the Italian restaurant was one of the best servers i've ever had, he was so much fun and by the end of the meal we were taking selfies with him. Edgar served our family at the Asian and the Mexican restaurant and we also saw him several times around the property while we were there, he always greeted us with a smile and remembered our family. The rooms are pretty basic and in need of some repair in spots, but we weren't really in the room much anyways so definitely not something to complain much about. The housekeeping staff was excellent with keeping everything very clean throughout our stay. Overall, this was a great resort at a great pricepoint, I will definitely be back!
